Spring 2022 Edition
CA Quarterly Review
NORTH TAMPA HOUSING DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION
FROM THE DESK OF LAYLA HARTZ
NTHDC Director and Contract Administrator
Dear Owners, Agents, and Industry Colleagues,
Spring is all about new beginnings, and I cannot think of a better time to put the past two years behind us and focus on the hope and renewal this season brings upon us. As we begin to return to relative normalcy, it’s important that we take a moment to truly appreciate all that we have overcome over the last two years.
In the spirit of returning to normalcy, NTHDC will attend the SAHMA State Meeting in April as well as the LeadingAge Conference in July. We look forward to meeting with you all in person, so please stop by and say hello!
In this edition of the CA Quarterly Review, we provide valuable information regard-ing Annual unit Inspections, the HUD Form 27061-H, APPS 2530 System, Updated HUD Notices, including the requirement to install Carbon Monoxide detectors by the end of the year, and a helpful reminder regarding file retention.
NTHDC thanks all our industry partners and HUD for your continued support.
