North Tampa Housing Development Corporation (NTHDC) along with our partner CGI, is pleased to introduce our new owner / agent portal.  This one of a kind tool will allow access to information from relevant databases (both NTHDC and HUD) so that you have the ability to track the processing of your business with NTHDC without the need to use multiple tools.   NTHDC performs daily uploads to the portal to assure that the information is available virtually in real time. 

The following information will be available through the portal:

Vouchering – 6 months of reconciliation reports, voucher received dates, payment and estimated payment dates, TRACS compliance percentage, and funding balance

MOR – Estimated review dates, actual review dates, scoring, follow up status

Contract Renewal and Rental Adjustments – Options selected, status, party responsible for next step

In addition we will be looking to add additional features to the portal to enhance our Owner’s and Agent’s experience.

On Wednesday September 1, 2010, registration and access to the portal will be available. We anticipate that the registration process will take up to 2 business days to be completed, however if there is a large volume of requests during the initial rollout, please allow up to 5 business days. 

You will need to enter the contract number associated with your property or properties. (Ex. FL29T123456) in order to successfully register for the portal.
