Dear Owners, Agents, and Industry Colleagues,
As we wind down 2023, we are reflecting on all the
hard work and success we have had this year and
look forward to another great year of industry and
HUD partnership.
In 2023, NTHDC completed another successful year as your PBCA. This year
we:
- Serviced over 440 resident calls
- Processed and paid over 5,300 monthly vouchers
- Completed over 400 Rent Adjustments
- Conducted nearly 300 Management and Occupancy Reviews
- Executed over 50 HAP Contracts
- Processed and paid 45 Coronavirus Supplemental Payments
