Dear Owners, Agents, and Industry Colleagues,

2021 brought forth numerous challenges that each of you have not only accepted but succeeded in despite all the adversity you faced throughout this pandemic.

NTHDC recently signed a contract extension with the U.S Department of Housing and Urban Development for an additional year with the option of an additional four sixmonth terms. These long-term extensions provide Owners and Agents in Florida and the US Virgin Islands with a stable, reliable, and experienced regulatory partner. We thank the Department of Housing and Urban Development for their tireless efforts as well. The work of the department has helped NTHDC distribute over $542,635.00 in Coronavirus Supplemental Payments (CSP), which have proven to be a much-needed funding source during the pandemic.

Over the last year, NTHDC held a series of training seminars on relevant topics ranging from Special Claims to Contract Renewals to MOR related topics. We are happy to continue further educational opportunities this year as well. On behalf of the NTHDC staff, I would like to wish all of you a very Happy New Year! My wish for all of you is that 2022 brings you good health, professional growth, and personal happiness.
