It is with great pleasure that NTHDC invites you to our Statewide Training Workshop for Owners and Agents of Project Based Section 8 Properties on September 29, 2009. This workshop is another in a series of sessions being presented around the state to provide a training experience that relates to the everyday work that you do as a part of this housing assistance program.

The instructors are the same people that you interact with as you process vouchers, renew contracts, prepare rent adjustments and endure MOR’s. The experience is intended to be informative, educational and interactive. In addition to the instructors, there will be a complete compliment of NTHDC staff present to meet with you and answer any and all of your questions, and most importantly, to listen to you.
