Coronavirus has forced us to change the things we do and how we do them. Our hope is that all are safe and taking all precautions to safeguard yourselves, family and those most vulnerable. As we face this new challenge, it is encouraging to see the resiliency in the human spirit. At NTHDC we have shifted all work to a remote setting and staff are working from home to ensure social distancing. We remain available through all forms of contact as before and look forward to assisting you in minimizing impact to your daily operations. We have received several calls regarding scheduled Management and Occupancy Reviews (MOR) as well as future scheduling. At this time, MORs have been suspended. Previously scheduled MORs that were not completed will be rescheduled for a later date. Under these circumstances, the safety of your residents and staff is of most importance. We are confident in the fact that we will all get through this and the services you provide will be a great help to your residents in getting there. Thank you for all you are doing.
