Tenant Participation in Multifamily Housing Projects

July 27, 2010

On June 18, 2010 HUD issued a memorandum from Deputy Assistant Secretary Carol Galante regarding tenant participation in certain assisted and subsidized properties. The memorandum covers tenant’s right to organize, legitimate organizations, protected activities, and enforcement.
