HUD Re-instates Management and Occupancy Reviews

April 21, 2016

Great news!! Over the years many of you have requested that HUD reinstate MORs. HUD has provided the PBCA an ACC reinstating MORs effective May 1, 2016 for up to 100% of the PBCA portfolio. Pending the review and execution of the amended ACC and the creation of the PBCA work plan, the PBCA will begin contacting owners toschedule MORs within the next 30 days.
