Housing Notice H 2012-2 for owners/agents of Section 236 Projects:

Collection Procedures for Excess Income Receivables and Form HUD-93104, Monthly Report of Excess Income detail the processes that must be followed to collect all confirmed delinquent Excess Income Receivables (EIR) and ensure that all required monthly reports are filed and any required payment made.
