Annual and Interim Recertification Protocol during COVID-19

The attached memo addresses questions on procedures for annual and interim certifications for residents during the Coronavirus pandemic.  HUD has made every effort to make this process as simple and straightforward as possible during this challenging period. 

HUD continues to update the Q & A,  but wanted to provide this guidance separately because of its importance and the need for clarity.
