Updated Form HUD-27061-H: Race and Ethnic Data Reporting Form

On Friday, January 23, 2015, HUD released an updated Form HUD-27061-H: Race and Ethnic Data Reporting Form.

The only change to the form is a new expiration date of 6/30/2017.
