Family Self-Sufficiency Performance Measurement System (‘‘Composite Score’’)

This notice describes and responds to comments on a performance measurement system that HUD plans to implement for Public Housing Agencies (PHAs) that receive HUD Family Self Sufficiency (FSS) program coordinator grants. The notice intends to notify the public regarding the criteria for evaluating FSS programs.
