New Special Claim Submission Email

NTHDC has created a general mailbox to submit all Special Claims. By streamlining the submission process, NTHDC can ensure that all claims are processed expeditiously. Please note, once you have emailed the Special Claim, it is not necessary to mail an additional hard copy via US Mail.

Please direct all electronic Special Claim submissions to specialclaim@cgifederal.com .

As a reminder, social security numbers are not required for processing and should be redacted prior to transmission.
