2010 Annual Adjustment Factors

The 2010 Annual Adjustment Factors (AAF’s) were posted in the Federal Register on Wednesday February 10, 2010.

For all applicable rent adjustments requesting an AAF effective February 10, 2010 or after the new rates would apply.
