TRACS 202D

TRACS version 202D is slated to go live on August 1st 2014. The initial six months of the conversion will be a transition period where both 202C and 202D TRACS versions are acceptable. After 1/31/2015 all transmissions must be in version 202D. Some of the major changes include but are not limited to the following;

• Expanded MAT30 file – The electronic voucher file or MAT30 will now contain information regarding the billing for each tenant. This will allow for a more accurate and timely reconciliation of the voucher. Also, along with our Draft and Final reconciliation reports we will be transmitting back a MAT30 to your software so it can perform the same task. 
• Repayment Agreement Voucher Section – Repayments are now their own section of the voucher. They will no longer be listed in the Miscellaneous Section of the voucher. The new way not only provides for a more accurate way to track the repayment agreements but also allows for corrections to existing or previous entries.   
• Forms Changes – New voucher and certification forms have been approved by OMB and will in use with 202D. These forms include the field changes and expansions that accompany 202D. 
• DUNS Numbers- DUNS numbers will be used in the submission of the voucher so please make sure you obtain one if you do not have one and begin to use it with your voucher submissions.
