2018 Annual Adjustment Factors (AAF) Published
November 22, 2017

On November 8, 2017, a Notice was published announcing the 2018 Annual Adjustment Factors (AAFs). The AAFs are used to adjust the contract rents on the anniversary date of the assistance contract for some multifamily projects.

The new AAFs are effective November 8, 2017.
