2016 Annual Adjustment Factors (AAF) Posted

On May 3, 2016, a Notice was published announcing the 2016 Annual Adjustment Factors (AAFs). The AAFs are used to adjust the contract rents on the anniversary date of the assistance contract for some multifamily projects.

The new AAFs are effective May 3, 2016.
