HUD Releases 2018 Utility Allowance Factors

HUD has released the 2018 Utility Allowance Factors. They become effective with adjustments made on (and after) the 2018 OCAF effective date (2/11/18.) The factors can be found here.

Below is a summary of the states in which we operate.
