HUD has published the 2019 income limits effective 4/24/2019.  These income limits must be utilized for files with certifications dated 4/24/2019 and after.  Click here to see the new income limits.

As a reminder, RHIIP #293 has provided clarification regarding the previous guidance issued with the new Income Limits. 

The RHIIP guidance specifically states: if a unit becomes available and an applicant is selected from the waiting list, is processed for eligibility, and meets all eligibility requirements at the time of processing, the applicant is eligible to move-in to the project even if new income limits have been published.

Therefore, the new Income Limits are effective 4/24/2019 but certifications should be processed with this guidance in mind.
