That is correct. For a rent adjustment, please submit your Utility Analysis along with the the auto-OCAF approval letter (HUD-9627). We will send you another letter and rent schedules to sign after we have processed the Utility Analysis.
For a Contract Renewal, you would submit the contract renewal request form, Utility analysis and other documents required for your renewal type (such as an RCS, budget, or OCAF).
