When applying for a gross rent increase in April 2011, we correctly advised tentant of this application for a PROPOSED increase. The increase was approved and made effective July 1, 2011. Do we now have to give the tenants 30 days notice of the ACTUAL rent increase?

Yes, once you receive the Final notification of the approved rents from NTHDC, you must provide the tenants with a notification of th rent increase, as well as post the rent schedule in a public area.
